Todd Richards
Todd has been a partner at GRS Architecture since its founding in 1995. He graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1988, and since 1991 has been a member of the Order of Architects of Québec (OAQ).
Mr. Richards has completed hundreds of projects in his career. His responsibilities at GRS touch on all aspects of the practice, including:
- client interface
- design & design development
- technical research
- budget estimates
- site studies
- code analysis and zoning compliance
- supervision of detailing and technical drawings
- tender coordination
- construction supervision
