Project Info

Intended for use by several generations of family, this home is warm and inviting by design. Surrounded by environmentally sensitive streams and aquatic zones, the only available building space was triangle shaped, and facing a busy road. The architects were able to include a garage by rotating its plan to fit the angle of the environmental setback. Bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with living spaces above. Opening off the living and dining spaces, a deck and screened porch follow the angle of the garage below. This home will feature natural pine exterior siding with charcoal windows and roofing. The interiors will be equally warm, with wood floors and ceilings lending a rustic charm to its simple interior volumes.
