With 28′ of clear height, a second floor for airport office tenants fits under the roof, along with mezzanines for the GSE tenants. The “skin” of the building is modular, permitting 20×20′ vehicle doors to be interchanged with “knock-out” panels of insulated precast concrete. Above the base of doors and precast, a band of clerestory windows encircles the entire perimeter of the facility. Interior work spaces benefit from an abundance of natural light, both in the GSE areas and the offices.
